Simplified Rules of Membership
Overview of Membership
All members agree to join in the spirit of mutual harmony, accepting of all nations, races, creeds and religions into a mutualy neutral forum for the purpose of discussion, shared knowledge and interest in exploring alternate cultures
Disputes
Racism or bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of membership without compensation at the Chair's discretion. However, prior to termination a letter of warning will be issued to the involved parties and an oportunity provided to discuss and overcome any differences of opinion. Subject to the offended party agreeing the offender may be allowed to remain a member by mutual consent of the appointed committee members.
In the event that disputes can not be solved within the confines of the immediate membership, the matter may be referred to Trevor Krueger who will personally handle any complaint and make a decission based on the determined facts. His decission based on the evidence provided from both sides will be final.
Fees
All Members will join and pay fees in accordance with the surrent set rates and renew annually thereafter by the due date.
Subscriptions
All members will make a small determined donation per meeting to cover the cost of accomodating the meeting and refreshments as provided by the committee and required by the members.
Minutes & Accounts
The Chair will read the minutes of the last meeting at the beginning of each regular gathering and issue a printed copy of the accounts and expenses at each AGM or upon any member request.
Monthly Meetings
Meetings will be held monthly at regular intervals, however, events and additional activities will be made available by Head Office and independently organsied by the Committee and the mebership.

1. Individual Member - Annual Subs: £ 80
2. Partners Member - Annual Subs: £120
3. Family Membership (4)
Annual Subs: £200

5. Trans-Corp Member - Annual Subs: £500
- Membership renewable 1st April each calendar
year.
