U.K. Automatic Organ Donation?

The U.K.is considering making Organ Donation automatic upon death in a driving accident unless the owner of the licence has requested to "opt out" of the automatic scheme when applying for a Driving Licence.
Is this the right aproach to increasing organ donations or does this place unfair presure on familes in berievement?

The News of The World has been dogged by all the scandals surrounding phone hacking of everyone from celebrities to kidnap victims and families of soldiers who lost their lives in the middle east war zones. Is closure of ther title a big enough price to pay for its crimes or should individuals be brought to Court to face the consequences too?
